说明:

该系列产品为我公司根据国内垃圾处理现状而研发的一种采用垂直式压缩方式对垃圾进行压缩减容并储存的机电液一体化垃圾中转处理装备.它主要由垃圾箱体,门柱框架,压头机构,卸料推板,喷药除臭,电液控制系统等组成.产品使用范围与地埋垃圾站类似,它具有压缩力大垃圾成块性好,投料方便,操作简捷等优点.它是城市环卫部门,各种企事业单位垃圾处理装备的一种非常理想的选择

组件:

一,垃圾压实性好:设备压缩力可达100～120吨,结合PLC自动压缩技术,箱体排水,排气技术,垃圾的压缩比可达3:1,垃圾中的水分也得到一定的脱除,垃圾转运效益高；

二,设备采用三支油缸接力压缩技术,降低了设备及建筑物高度,减少了土建成本；

三,压头与压缩油缸之间采用球铰结构,有效保护了压缩油缸；

四,压头,箱体与立柱之间的采用浮动高强滑块结构,受力接触面积大,导向平稳,立柱不易变形,便于调节和维护；

五,设备压头及推料机构采用可更换耐磨钢板和尼龙板活塞式设计,运行平稳；主要电液元器件均为国内外知名品牌,如YUKEN,三菱,欧姆龙,施奈德等,设备长期运行可靠性高；

六,产品所有结构件均经过抛丸,除锈,喷涂处理,油漆为国际知名的荷兰Nobel或中远关西品牌的海洋重防护型防腐油漆,使用寿命长；

七,采用多种环保措施降低环境污染:喷雾降尘除臭,污水收集与排放系统,压头自动封闭,噪声控制等多项环保措施.
