Bridge Inspection Truck: The operating truck (HZZ5310JQJ) for bridge detection, as its name suggests, is
designed to help detect the performance and reliability of a bridge. Reasonable structure, simple operation,
more safety design. The new platform design has improved much reliability and stability. Much more safety for
sending the operator into any location of the bridges. The new developed product with a classed FAW chassis
and some OEM components, such as US POCLAIN amble motor, US KOHLAR emergency power supply,
Germany “HAWE” Multiple Valve, Italy “WOLFF” valve etc. greatly increase the service life, easy maintenance.
Three hydraulic section with broader extension, rotary platform, luffing mechanism together created a three-dimensional folding, mostly suitable for types of flyovers, long-span, approach heavy duty bridges.
It is also able to run in extremely worse environments, even on the elevation 2000m, 98% high humidity weather,
and 6 Class land wind. The design of the platform with much broader detection range between 12m to 22m and
1.1m width appears more secure working conditions.
1. Classed FAW Chassis, with 320HP large engine power, Euro III/IV. Has more merits as: low oil consumption,
environmental design, ensure high stability.

The extendable folding platform can be adjustable luffing from 2-4meter, greatly improve the inspection area
under the bridge.
8. High strength steel platform frame provide more stability which able to rotate 180°under the bridge, and also
keep the limitation of max. drop height for 7meter only.
